| Q. Approximately how many students should attend each school assembly program? |
| A. Wheels of Freestyle does not limit the number of students per assembly, however, for outdoor assemblies the optimum size is 600 students or less. |

| Q. What is the length of your school assembly program? |
| A. The assembly will last between 35-40 minutes. Please call if you have time restrictions. |

| Q. Does our school need to provide anything? |
| A. No! Our teams are fully self-contained. We will provide a professional sound system, cones, table, banners, etc. We do require an asphalt or concrete surface about the size of a basketball court (approx. 50ft. wide x 120 ft. long). We will arrive at your school to set-up approximately 30-45 minutes prior to the start of your assembly. |

| Q. Should we have our students sit or stand? |
| A. This is up to you. Many elementary schools have the students bring out their individual chairs or have them sit on the ground. Older students (grades 7-12) often stand throughout the assembly. |

| Q. What happens if it rains? |
| A. If you are within a 1 hour drive of our offices in San Diego or Los Angeles we can often reschedule up to 8 hours in advance. When on tour in other areas we require a backup facility such as a gym, cafeteria or other such covered area. Call with questions. |

| Q. Do you accept purchase orders? |
| A. Yes! We will work with your business office to handle all paperwork. We also accept checks, money orders, or cash. |

| Q.What type of insurance do you carry? |
| A.We carry a $1,000,000 liability insurance policy. On request we can add your school as an additional insured. We will also be happy to sign any hold-harmless agreement you may have. You can also download and print a copy of our insurance policy. |

| Q. What age is this appropriate for? |
| A. This program is performed for students of all ages. We can adjust the assembly themes accordingly. We regularly perform at Kindercares, Elementary Schools, Middle Schools, and High Schools as well as after-school programs. |

| Q. How do I pay once I schedule my assembly? |
| A. We accept PTA checks, district checks or personal checks. Purchase Orders also accepted. No deposit required for most schools. Payment should be given to team on day of assembly or mailed to address on invoice within 7 days of assembly. |
